2001 Armed Forces Day Artwork
The Armed Forces Day artwork below may be used separately in other Department of Defense material that promotes Armed Forces Day. Examples of proper use of artwork include: business cards, handouts, internal and external video promos, and plaques for Armed Forces Day competitions. Products incorporating the artwork may be privately sponsored or funded as long as such sponsorship does not imply Department of Defense endorsement. For example, Armed Forces Day artwork can be used on stationery of a local Armed Forces Day committee, but cannot be added to the stationery of any private organization. Coffee mugs, hats, T-shirts and the like may incorporate Armed Forces Day artwork provided no other business' names or logos also appear on the merchandise. Department of Defense organizations or personnel shall not be involved in the design, production or distribution of these privately-funded items.
