| U.S. Navy Seaman Christina Banegas monitors the SPS-48 radar in the Combat Information Center aboard the U.S. 7th Fleet command ship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19) on Nov. 3, 2009. The Blue Ridge is on deployment serving under Commander, Expeditionary Strike Group 7/Task Force 76, the Navy's only forward-deployed amphibious force.
