| Track Commander Sgt. Mike Stacher, U.S. Army, from 6th Battalion, 37th Field Artillery, Bravo Battery, guides his M-270 Multiple Launch Rocket System during a combined training exercise with the Republic of Korea's 3rd ROK Corps, on Oct. 15, 1998, at Camp Red Cloud, Republic of Korea. The training allows soldiers from both armies a chance to see how the other operates and to use joint tactics to capitalize on combined strengths.
