Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Gary Roughead announced today the following assignment:
Navy Capt. Mark L. Tidd, who has been selected for promotion to rear admiral (lower half), will be assigned as chaplain of the Marine Corps/deputy chief of chaplains/deputy director of religious ministries, Washington, D.C. Tidd is currently serving as command chaplain, U.S. European Command, Vaihingen, Germany.
