Appointments
David H. Helvey has been appointed to the senior executive service and is assigned as senior advisor for China policy and integration, Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for East Asian Security Affairs, Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy, Washington, D.C. Helvey previously served as director, China, Taiwan, and Mongolia affairs, Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for East Asian Security Affairs, Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy, Washington, D.C.
Reassignments
Michael D. Crisp has been assigned as deputy director for air warfare, Office of the Director, Operational Test and Evaluation, Washington, D.C. Crisp previously served as deputy director for systems and test resources, Office of the Director, Operational Test and Evaluation, Washington, D.C.
Stephen C. Daly has been assigned as deputy director, land and expeditionary warfare, Office of the Director, Operational Test and Evaluation, Washington, D.C. Debra M. Filippi has been assigned as director, Interagency Program Office, Department of Defense Human Resources Activity, Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (Personnel and Readiness), Washington, D.C.
